Should parents be licensed?????
Do you think that people should go through some type of training and testing in order to become ready to be parents? Same way we get tested before we get our driver's license or a license to practice medicine? Debatable right? What do you think????

yes, parents should be required to get a license before they decide to bring children into the world, some people have children and don't even know what to do with them
